Key Eligibility
- **Qualification:** Degree in Engineering/Technology.
- **Minimum Marks:** **65%** (Gen/OBC/EWS) or **55%** (SC/ST/PwBD/Dept) (Average of all semesters).
- **Age Limit:** Max **28 years** as on 05.12.2025.
- **Relaxation:** 5 yrs for SC/ST, 3 yrs for OBC(NCL).

- General/OBC(NCL)/EWS: ₹ 1050/-
- SC/ST/PwBD/ESM/Departmental: ₹ 300/- (Processing Fee)

Selection Methodology
- **Online Examination (CBT):** Tentatively Jan/Feb 2026. Consists of 2 parts (200 Marks total).
- **Part 1 (100 Marks):** Domain Knowledge Test (40 mins).
- **Part 2 (100 Marks):** Aptitude Test (80 mins) - Quant, English, Reasoning, GA (25 marks each).
- **Group Discussion (GD) & Interview:** Shortlisting ratio is 1:3 for GD/Interview.
- **Final Merit:** Based on CBT, GD, and Interview scores with **75:10:15** weightage respectively.
Emoluments & Career Progression
- During 1-Year Training: Basic Pay ₹ 50,000/- p.m. (Scale: ₹ 50000-160000/-)
- Post-Training: Designated as **Assistant Manager** (E1 Grade). Scale of Pay: ₹ 60000-180000/-
- Annual CTC: Approximately **₹ 16-17 Lakhs** per annum (at minimum E1 grade).
- Includes DA, Perquisites, PF, Gratuity, Leave Encashment, HRA/Housing, and free medical facility.
