Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna PSU, is looking for energetic and experienced Project Engineers for its IPSS projects. These positions are temporary in nature but offer a lucrative compensation package and significant exposure to defense-related IT infrastructure.

Remuneration Package

Year of Service	Monthly Stipend
1st Year	Rs. 40,000/-
2nd Year	Rs. 45,000/-
3rd Year	Rs. 50,000/-
4th Year (Extension)	Rs. 55,000/-

*Additional retention bonus of Rs. 1,00,000/- upon completion of 4 years.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc Engg (4 years) in Electronics, Computer Science, or IT.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification industrial experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, or Data Centres.
• Age: Maximum 32 years as of 01.01.2026 (Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD).

Selection Process: Selection will be through a Written Test (85% weightage) followed by an Interview (15% weightage) for shortlisted candidates. The reporting time for the walk-in selection is 08:00 AM.
